General Terms & Conditions

Cancellations & Refunds

• All cancellations are subject to a €15 administration fee.
• Refunds will not be made where less than 24 hours notice is given.
• Minibus bookings cancelled less than 5 days prior to travel: 100% of the value of the booking must be paid.

Payment

• For all airport pick ups, payment is required at the time of booking.
• For all Estate and MPV bookings, payment is required at the time of booking.
• Any changes to bookings made less than 3 hours before pickup — if we are unable to accommodate the changes, the paid price will be non-refundable.
• An administration fee of €7.50 is applied to any change made to a confirmed booking.

Waiting Time

• Free waiting time up to 15 minutes for all residential and business pick ups. After that €15 per 30 minutes is charged.
• Airport pick ups have a free waiting time of up to 1 hour after the flight lands.
• Airport pick up charge exceeding the time limit is €30 per hour plus car park fee.

Surcharges

• Unsociable hours surcharge: journeys starting or finishing between 22:30 and 05:00 — a fee of €20 will be added to the fare.
• Additional charge will be incurred if an extra stop is requested once the journey has commenced.
• Christmas Eve, Christmas Day and New Year’s Day — double the booking price applies.
• December 26 and December 31 — an extra charge of €60 is applied.
